This grape variety of Bordeaux origin has found its ideal habitat in our territory. An intense ruby red wine, with a characteristic herbaceous aroma that includes notes of black pepper and berries, and a fresh, savoury, and harmonious taste that exudes personality.
Alcohol: 12.0% vol.
Pairings: ideal with roasts of both white and red meat, game, and aged cheeses.
