An international grape variety with a vast range of aromatic traces, and which comes into its own on gravelly soils. The result is a straw-yellow wine with greenish reflections and a pleasant, floral, and fruity bouquet, which is intense and elegantly harmonious on the palate.

Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Pairings: appetizers, starters, vegetable and fish dishes, as well as soups.
